Warranty Policy
Warranty can be claimed on products bought through Joyroom.pk. Joyroom.pk products come with 6 months warranty. Any other purchasers should contact their line of sales for their claim settlement. You should provide all relevant order information such as: warranty cards, packaging, invoices, receipts, etc.
All Warranties are claimable 1 time against 1 purchase. When you first claim is settled, all previous warranties are null & void from that point on. In case the replacement item is not available, you will get store credit against that warranty claim, any purchase made through that store credit will not be liable for any warranty claim.
All Warranties are nontransferable & can be claimed only by the original buyer. If you have bought a used item from any person who bought from us, consider warranty to be void.
Warranty shall not apply in the following cases;
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures.
- Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage.
- Damage, losses, defects, or malfunction as a result of fire, flood, or other natural causes.
- Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains.
- Installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which shall void the warranty.
- Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
- Claims for damaged or missing parts after the day you have received the item.
- Any equipment/product that has its serial number removed or made illegible or tampered with.

Process for Warranty Claim
In order to successfully claim your warranty, the following must be provided:
- Required Proof of Purchase. (POP)
- Original Box & all its documents are required.
- Have to Provide all Description of Problem/Defect for the Warranty Claim.
- If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided along with the item’s serial number (if any).
- For The Q-A process you will need to return the item. (If) .
We require a valid Proof of Purchase to issue warranty claim:
- Order number from online purchased made through Joyroom.pk
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt (POP)
Note: More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Non Warranty:
Claims under the following are considered out of warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Compatibility issues (Changed case etc.)
- stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Battery Timings (Only Claimable if the Battery timing is 25% or lower of the manufacturer’s claimed time.
- Damage from outside sources (including, but not limited to improper electrical outlets, voltage fluctuations, thunderstorm)
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
Quality-Related Problems Warranty Claim
- All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Joyroom.pk or Joyroom.pk authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. Joyroom.pk warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty policy is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
- Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective items.
All Bluetooth items (Earphones, Buds, TWS) require a slow charging of 5V 1A easily accessible through a USB port of Laptop or a PC. Issues occurring due to improper charging mechanism to charge earphones will not be claimed in the warranty.
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Shipping Value:
Costs Must Be Covered by Buyer in the Following Situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Joyroom.pk quality control to be in working condition.
- Returning defective items in international shipping.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
